Terms and conditions

- Order Processing & Shipping:
  - Orders typically take between 4 to 20 working days to be processed and delivered.

- Alteration Policy:
  - If the product size does not fit after receiving it, alteration services are available for a fee.
  - If the item is too large, we can offer alterations to make it smaller.
  - However, if the item is too small, we are unable to alter it to a larger size.

- Damaged Items:
  - If the item is damaged upon receipt, please inform us on the same day to arrange for a resolution.

- Return & Exchange Policy:
  - Returns and exchanges are not accepted if the product has been damaged by the customer.
